Once we receive the inquiry or referral a call is set up with this individual to learn more about the client’s needs and collect as much information as possible prior to setting up the in-person consultation.  Also, we want to share more information about MPB, the scope of our services and our approach. Based on information collected during this assessment the appropriate client advocate is selected from the team who can best serve the client’s needs and potentially match best from a personality perspective.  It’s important that the advocate speaks their clients’ language, shares their interests and, often, lives in the same community. As a result, many clients and client advocates develop longstanding and highly rewarding relationships.
