The one-hour in-person consultation is provided free of charge and usually held in the client’s residence whether it is a private home or senior living community. They include someone from the MPB management team along with the client advocate, the client and usually the individual who inquired whether a family member or trusted advisor. allows us to evaluate the situation from several perspectives: the client’s issues, the family’s concerns and the scope of the job. Clients tend to share more information during the consultation and we can actually see the work needed, whether it is piles of papers that need to be gone through and/or the current organizational system/set up. At the end of the meeting a Service Agreement is signed by the client and the client advocate schedules their first appointment.re contacted directly by the client.
