All of our Client Advocates have been recruited through our trusted network. They go through a thorough interview process, which includes checking references, running criminal background checks, and reviewing credit history reports. In addition, MPB carries several types of insurance to make certain we are covered in the event of an issue. Management insists on transparency while our advocates are working with our clients to keep track of the work being done.
Client Advocates have varied experience in areas such as accounting, corporate bookkeeping, and insurance management, and many have managed the finances of their own parents or households, all of which is taken into account when matching a client to an advocate. MPB provides ongoing training and support to the Client Advocates as well.
