“I make a difference with my clients by first and foremost, listening to them and allowing them to be comfortable enough to open up and allow me to help them with organizational issues they are currently struggling with.”

Craig Persin

Craig Persin’s experience raising and advocating for his special needs son has provided him with a unique insight to how we all, at some point in our lives, need help and someone advocating for us. He learned that when a person has someone advocating for them they feel better, get the results they need, and are able to focus on life issues.

Craig married his high school sweetheart, who is the love of his life. He is the proud father of an 8 year old son. His son has a rare neuromuscular disorder called “Arthrogryposis,” and has been in therapy since he was two months old.  As a result, Craig has learned the hard way, how important it is to be an advocate to ensure his son gets the best care and treatment possible, so that he can focus on being as independent as possible for a successful life.

Craig has had to navigate a large amount of healthcare and insurance paperwork and brings this experience to My Personal Bookkeeper.  He has become an expert in reviewing Explanations of Benefits, inquiring with Billing Offices and getting claims paid.
