Client Advocate Susan Nissen joined the Sprau Advocate Group in December 2013. A CPA and the mother of two children, Susan has a well-balanced approach to life, blending great organizational skills and attention to detail with enormous patience and compassion. Because she has spent many years involved in the care of aging or ill family members, she learned first-hand about the challenges they face, and wanted to do something to make their day-to-day lives easier. In her role as a Client Advocate, she measures the rewards of her work by “knowing I have made someone’s life a little easier by relieving them of the tasks that have become burdensome.”
